caring attitude proactive staff
the reception staff were great. angel and queenie were the two receptionists i interacted with and they had caring attitudes. rakib, rup and govind are very proactive staff and they made sure i was served well. they came by every time and made sure water and other items were placed.
the rooms arent sound proof and there is noise from people going around the corridor. i could hear loud music on weekends.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options (especially the pastries). The room was spacious and clean. I liked the location. The gym has several cardio machines and weights.

The staff greeted me warmly. A concierge helped me recover a lost watch from a restaurant. I will return.
Parking card validation did not prevent the AED 100 parking fee. This issue should be addressed.

The housekeeping staff were energetic and superb. Night reception team delivered amazing service. Staff changed my room quickly when I reported the old room smell.

friendly staff clean rooms easy access soundproof rooms loud music sleep disturbance
i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. the rooms were always clean and cute.. the location allows easy metro access. the pool on the 18th floor seemed nice and relaxing.
the rooms did not seem very soundproof. i could hear noise from people in the corridor. loud music noise disturbed sleep during the weekend.
