caring attitudeproactive staff
the reception staff were great. angel and queenie were the two receptionists i interacted with and they had caring attitudes. rakib, rup and govind are very proactive staff and they made sure i was served well. they came by every time and made sure water and other items were placed.
the rooms arent sound proof and there is noise from people going around the corridor. i could hear loud music on weekends.

i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. the rooms were always clean and cute.. the location allows easy metro access. the pool on the 18th floor seemed nice and relaxing.
the rooms did not seem very soundproof. i could hear noise from people in the corridor. loud music noise disturbed sleep during the weekend.
